Recipe: 

Kohlrabi & Chickpeas Curry

 

Ingredients:

1 Large Kohlrabi, peeled and cut into small cubes

1 Tbs Garlic Ginger Paste

4-5 Tbs Vegetable Oil

1 Tbs Turmeric

1 Tbs Curry

2 Tbs Garam Masala

1 Can Cooked Chickpeas

2 Medium Bell Peppers, diced

2-3 Small Hot Peppers, diced

1 Large Onion, diced,

2 tsp Salt & 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Boil kohlrabi cubes for 20 min, then drain. Heat oil on medium heat, then sauté onion for 10 min. Add peppers and keep on medium heat for 5 more min. Add garlic ginger paste, curry, masala, and turmeric. Stir and cook for another 2 min. Add kohlrabi, chickpeas, salt and black pepper. Stir and keep on heat for 5 more min. Serve with rice or naan bread. Enjoy!
