1 Avoid Sun : protect your skin from that big ball of fire up in the sky .

Sunlight is harmful to the skin .protecting skin against UV damage is a year-round commitment. Accidental sun exposure -the kind experienced on a daily basis running about our life’s from one place to another —has a cumulative effect that results in premature aging of the skin And research suggests that a thick layer of broad-spectrum SPF may be just as important for those who are in a cubical as it is for those who spend their days hitting the slopes or taking snowy walks during winter . Apply sunscreen on 20 minutes before going outside reapply every 2 to 3 hours.

2 Clean your skin gently :

Keep your skin clean so the skin has less chances of clogging and breath better.

Never sleep with makeup on . Don’t forget to treat it gently hot water removes oils , drying you out .dont take bath or shower longer then 15 minutes.

Use mild, fragrance free soap . Without irritating or harsh chemicals . Always work gently around the eye area and neck as the skin is delicate around those areas. After washing your skin . Pat dry with paper towel to avoid any bacterial activity from wash clothes . Reusing the same wash cloth can be the hub for bacterial activity.

Treat your skin as gentle as possible.

Avoid tanning beds as it’s one of the most dangerous practices for the skin . Tanning also aids in premature aging of the skin beside health issues.

3.Tone , Hydrate , moisturize and sunscreen :Toner is your best friend. Always use it to keeps the ph levels of the skin balanced . Helps to tighten the pores.

Moisturizers works by keeping some water from escaping from your skin or by slowly releasing water in your skin . Hyaluronic acid based moisturizer or serum is really good for oily skin to keep it hydrated instead of using heavy ingredients based creams , sunscreen use can’t be emphasized enough . Always moisturize before applying makeup .

Last but not the least skin is your largest organ so treat it with care and invest time in it as skin speaks volumes of how it has been taken cared of .
