Recipe: Ground Meat Kebab


Serving: 8-10 pieces.

Ingredients:

1 lb. ground meat

75 g fine bulgur wheat

3 ounces hot water

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon dried mint

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 large onion, grated

1 tablespoon red pepper paste

1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley, and extra for garnish

3-4 tablespoons flour or bread crumbs

Preparation:

1- Soak bulgur in hot water for 15 minutes.

2- Mix all ingredients well for 5 min. Cover and place in fridge for 30 min.

3- Form Kebab on skewers with your wet hands.

4- Place skewers on a grill for 15 minutes or in an oven on a greased baking sheet at 400°F for 30-35 minutes. Flip over few times.

5- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, onion slices, lettuce, and tomato slices.

6- Enjoy!
