Salmon Steaks with Vegetables
Serving 3-4 people.
1. Salmon Fillet cut into few pieces.
2. 2 sliced tomatoes
3. 2 cups mushroom slices
4. 2 onions sliced
5. 1/2 cup bread crumbs
6. 1/4 cup parsley
7. 3 garlic cloves
8. 1 tsp tarragon
9. 4 Tbs olive oil
10. 1 tsp oregano
11. salt & black pepper
Mix vegetables with olive oil, oregano, salt & pepper, then place in oven at 425ºF for 15 min.
Meanwhile, mix bread crumbs, garlic, parsley, and tarragon in a food processor.
Sprinkle salt & pepper on salmon, then coat them with bread crumb mix.
Place on vegetables and cook in oven for 15 more min.
Place in a serving platter & garnish with parsley.
