Recipe: Potato & Egg Salad.

4 Boiled Eggs

4 Boiled Medium Potatoes

1/2 cup Diced Cucumbers

1/2 cup Diced Onions

4 Tablespoons Olive Oil

1/2 Teaspoon Salt

1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

1/2 teaspoon Cumin 

 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder. 

    Mash potatoes and eggs and mix. Add all ingredients and mix well. Place in a serving platter, then add chopped fresh chives, fresh thyme leaves, and decorate with fresh mint leaves. Enjoy!
